Who we are

KnoxvilleWellDrilling.com is a free matching service operated by Voraus LLC (“we”, “us”). We connect people who need well drilling services with independent local well drillers. We are not a well driller.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code and town, and the job details you enter in our request form, plus your consent choice.
Phone calls: if you call the number on this site, our call-routing provider records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and may record the call audio after notice.
Technical information: your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from and the referring page, used to prevent spam and abuse and to understand which pages work. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

To pass your request to an independent local provider who can quote your job, and to follow up about that request.
To confirm your request is genuine and prevent spam and fraud.
To keep records of requests, consents and referrals, and to resolve disputes.
To improve this site.

How we share it

We share your request with the one independent provider we match you with (and, if that provider can't take the job, with one other provider). That provider may pay us a fee for the referral. Once a provider receives your information, their own privacy practices apply to their use of it. We also use service providers that host this site, store form submissions, and route calls, under agreements that limit their use of your information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We don't sell your information to data brokers or publish it.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box, you agree that we and the matched provider may contact you about your request by call, text or email, including by automated means. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or email us to opt out entirely.

Retention

We keep request records for as long as needed to provide the service, keep consent and referral records, and meet legal obligations, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by sending a note through our request form that starts with “Privacy request” in the details. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of certain sharing. We'll respond within the time the law requires and won't discriminate against you for using your rights.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for adults arranging services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
